Having carried out a lot of research on PDR, I was quite confident that I’d made the right choice choosing Dentrix. This has definitely been confirmed now that I have completed the course. Excellent in every respect, very clear and concise instruction from John with excellent demonstration and delivered in a fun manner which holds your attention. John is obviously a highly skilled professional and it is very reassuring that his knowledge, skilled and experience is the foundation for learning this new skill and developing my business. Thanks John & Jane for a very enjoyable week.

Unsure of what to expect, I was relieved to find John very relaxed and easy going which made learning this a lot more pleasurable. The course was run very well, John is a top bloke takes the class really good and explains everything as he is showing/demonstrating each technique. With only 4 students at a time he is always available should you have a problem. Personally I found it hard as it is totally new to me, but I enjoyed it all the same, now the fun begins as John stated. It is practice and plenty of it. Totally recommend this course to anybody interested in PDR.

Well, where do we start, Training – excellent. John is a master at what he does, a pleasure to watch, easy to listen to and always a very colorful turn of phrase. I enjoyed every day. John is one of the most friendly, patient and helpful guys I have ever met. He made us all feel very welcome and whatever was his, was ours to use for the week. A car on site helps you learn to position yourself and equipment, as in a real situation.

The course was very well organized. John is probably the best dent man in the UK, a perfectionist with excellent training methods and advice. The job is not easy but with practice I hope to achieve my goal of becoming a successful PDR business like Dentrix. John is very knowledgeable, excellent advice on what tools should be avoided and how to make certain tools, cheap yet effective. He is ready to answer any query and clear direction on how to correct mistakes. He made it look easy when demonstrating dent removal!!! John was always calm and relaxed with us and genuinely wanted us all to progress and successful in PDR. Working on a real car gives you a feel of real situations, including how to access certain panels and problem areas.

I rang and spoke to John and Jane on several occasions prior to booking, always friendly and helpful. Genuinely couldn’t fault! The training venue has everything you need, even a punch bag to vent your frustration! John’s abilities are absolutely outstanding. Over the phone he told me he could take the orange peel out of paint, I thought, yeah whatever!! He really can! Unbelievable to watch him work. As a teacher, very patient and takes time out to help each individual. Nothing is a problem. I had doubts as anyone who was paying for the course would. If you are serious about PDR, this training course is a must! Money very well spent. I knew before I came down that it was going to be hard, I have had a week of very mixed emotions. Literally highs and lows (excuse the pun!) I’d watch John intently, making mental notes, eyes watching, ears listening and brain thinking yeah! I thought, I can do that, get the tools in your hands and it all goes to buggery!! It really took until Thursday and just a helpful hint from John while doing my test, things came together for me. I know you could fault my test work but for me it was the best I had done. It’s then you realise what John has been trying to teach you. It takes absolute patience, concentration and determination. I am totally satisfied with the knowledge I am going home with. Thank you.

Brilliant! Good tutor, check regularly to point you in the right direction, definitely knows his stuff. Overall, I really enjoyed the course; it gives a good insight to what’s needed in regards to repair method. Different types of dent and different tools etc needed to do the job.
